FAQ/Support
Need help with LiTRe? Here are a few quick answers. If you don't see what you need, reach out anytime (mark@litreworkouttracker.com)
· How do I pronounce the name? Great question. Even though it isn’t meant to be confusing, it just might be. It’s pronounced ‘Lee-ter’...Easy peasy.
· How do I access the app? For web-based/PWA users, simply go to litreworkouttracker.com and sign in with your email and password. For Apple or Android users, simply select the icon on your phone’s home screen. [NOTE: Very Important! If you plan to use the web-based/PWA version of LiTRe, you sign up on the website. If you plan to use the Apple or Android apps, you can only sign up for those versions by going to the appropriate app store (Apple or Google Play) and signing up following their specific steps/process.]
· How does the free trial work? Your 7-day free trial begins the day you sign up. After that, the subscription continues at $2.99/month (plus tax, if applicable in your region) unless cancelled.
· How do I cancel? You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
· Is there a ‘Premium’ offering? No, there is not. LiTRe comes in only one flavor: everything. Your subscription gets you access to all of the workout tracking functionality, the history, the Movement Library, and ‘Progressive Overload’ (email-to-blog on the 15th of every month).
· How do I start a workout? You have a couple of options for starting a workout. You can either select ‘Start Workout’ which asks you to name the workout (e.g., Monday Push Day), which brings you to a blank slate where you are asked to begin adding the exercise(s) you want to perform. You can also select an existing workout from your history, copy that workout, edit it to include a new name, and follow the steps mentioned above to select the exercise(s) you want to perform.
· How do I use the Movement Library? You can select ‘Library’ on the bottom footer in the app and select from the listed body parts of interest. Inside the body part category, you can either select an exercise and watch the animation, or you can watch the animation and then add it via the provided button to an existing workout already in motion.
· How many exercises can you add to a workout? You can add an unlimited number of exercises to your workout.
· How do I stop a workout? You have two options: Pause and Finish. If you would like to pause a workout (e.g., you want to stop the timer so it doesn’t contribute falsely to the overall time value of your training), simply hit the pause button next to the timer, itself. If you have completed or would like to permanently stop a workout, select ‘Finish’ and the workout will be saved in your history.
· Finish didn’t work. What happened? There are occasions where your phone’s coverage and/or reception might not be the strongest inside your gym. If the ‘Finish’ button blinks but you are not moved directly to the recent workout screen, wait until you have a good signal/reception and try selecting ‘Finish’ again.
· If I sign up on the web-based version, but want to use the Apple/Android version, how does that work? Your access via the Apple or Android versions should not change. It would just be a new access point through which you reach LiTRe.
· What happens if I forgot my password? Simply select the 'Forgot Password' link on the login screen and you'll be instructed how you can reset your password.
· Can I unsubscribe from the monthly ‘Progressive Overload’ email to users? Yes. Simply email mark@litreworkouttracker.com and make the request.
